Merchandise will ship via UPS (United Parcel Service http://www.ups.com). You must use a valid street address for the shipping address because UPS will NOT make deliveries to a P.O. Box (Post Office Box). Deliveries commonly take between 3-5 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded) within the U.S. to reach their destination. Our U.S. ground shipping rates start at $4.95 for any purchase amount $25 or under, and $7.95 for any purchase amount between $25.01 and $75.00. We gladly offer free shipping for any purchase over $75.00. Note that purchase amount only counts items total value in your shopping cart. Most UPS ground shipments are processed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Many orders are fulfilled the same day, weekends and holidays are not included. For your convenience you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that are shipped at a later date. Note that all orders will be handled and shipped through UPS Ground shipping method unless special request is arranged.

We make every effort to process all Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received by 1:00 P.M. PST the same day they are received. This does not include weekend or holiday orders. We provide UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day air and 3 Day Select, and the rates are varied according to destination locations.

Nicer takes pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, we will gladly make an exchange or refund on any item purchased. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date listed on your invoice to return your merchandise. The original invoice must be included in your box along with a letter indicating your reason for returning the product. All Nicer's items must be in unused and unwashed consdition with original tages attached in order for Nicer to accept the return. Once the return is received and processed customer service will contact you for your credit card information in order to process the return in the amount of the purchase price (excluding the shipping charges). All credits will be processed to the original purchaser only. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. If you would like to exchange an item because it is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, we will ship you the new item at no charge to you. Do not return any products without contacting customer service first. We retain the right to refuse all packages returned without our consent. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process returns upon receipt.Return/Exchange policy applies to direct sales only. If you did not purchase your merchandise via Nicer's direct sales, then please contact the vendor where it was originally purchased.

We are required to charge sales tax to all orders shipped to California. Sales tax to California is estimated based on local tax rates.
